Unable to install assembly in the GAC. This usually indicates either an invalid assembly path or you are not admin

I'm getting this error whenever i try to inject my dll, i use 

Config.Register("Injector App", "<dllname>", "<injectorname>");

I am running as admin, and have copied all the dll's and svc's to the project directory...

I fixed the issue by reverting to .net 3.5 instead of 4.0.
