How to make kernel hook in Win 7 64-bit facing to PatchGuard?

Recently, I need to do a job that must hook api in Win 7 64-bit. Firstly I want to rewrite SSDT. But there is a  mechanism called "PatchGuard" that protect the kernel code. So I find EasyHook , someone said it could do this job. But I read the tutorial which says "Even if EasyHook would allow hooking 64-Bit kernels, I don’t recommend this because then you would get trouble with PatchGuard. Bypassing PatchGuard is possible, at least these days, but the chance of BSODing your customer’s PCs is too big."

Does EasyHook work facing to PatchGuard in Win 7?
